Product Introduction

This production line adopts the pasteurization process. After the filling and sealing of food and beverages such as jelly, sour dairy products, etc., it performs the following processes: cleaning - sterilization - cooling - drying. When used in conjunction with equipment of series like CFD and CFR, it can achieve the production goals of automation, high efficiency, safety and hygiene. The conveyor, sterilizer, cooler and air dryer operate automatically and continuously throughout the whole process, and are automatically controlled.

Production Capacity

0.5 - 5 tons per hour (based on a sterilization time of 5 - 15 minutes)
This machine is suitable for the sterilization of soft - packaged vegetables, secondary sterilization of packaged meat products, sterilization of beverages, and blanching of vegetables.
