2. The company has an after-sales service department, which is mainly responsible for after-sales service, technical consultation and other work. Ensure that there are various technical services provided by engineers at any time.

3. The company has various commonly used accessories in stock, ensuring the shortest time to solve problems.

(II) After-sales service commitment

Our company sells equipment for free within one year. If lifelong maintenance is outside the product warranty period, users will bear the cost of replacing accessories, and our company will not add other expenses.

4. Service principle: The product warranty period is twelve months. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace parts caused by quality. The damage to parts outside the warranty period will be charged only for the cost fee. For equipment damage caused by human factors by the demander, the parts repaired or provided by the supplier are calculated at the cost price.

(III) Maintenance response time

When we receive customer requests for equipment failure, our technicians will respond within 24 hours and provide telephone guidance as soon as possible. If it cannot be solved, we will arrange service personnel as soon as possible.
